Les francophones y repr\u00e9sentent environ 2 % de la population, soit plus de 11 000 personnes, avec une pr\u00e9sence concentr\u00e9e surtout dans le comt\u00e9 de Middlesex et la ville de London. Cette diversit\u00e9 linguistique et culturelle contribue \u00e0 enrichir la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et le dynamisme r\u00e9gional.<\/p><p>Selon le plan du march\u00e9 du travail local 2025-2026, quelques tendances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales du march\u00e9 de travail \u00e0 London\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>La <strong>population totale<\/strong> de la REL a atteint pr\u00e8s de <strong>800 000 habitants en 2023<\/strong>, avec une croissance de <strong>10,4 % en cinq ans<\/strong>, sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019Ontario (7,1 %) et au Canada (6,6 %).<\/li><li>La croissance repose fortement sur la <strong>migration<\/strong> : en 2022, 91 % de l\u2019augmentation de la population provenait de l\u2019immigration ou des d\u00e9placements internes.<\/li><li>Les <strong>immigrants<\/strong> repr\u00e9sentent <strong>23,1 % de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre<\/strong>, et les <strong>nouveaux arrivants (moins de 5 ans au Canada)<\/strong> environ <strong>2,8 %<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Les
